Companies like Priority Pass, Cornercard, American Express, Lounge Pass and Mastercard can offer Lounge access to airport lounges. It might be a yearly fee that gives access. Sometimes you can bring a guest. A fee might apply. There might be several lounges at the airport, and finding them conveniently is not always easy. You can call the before you go and ask which gate they are near.

So, what is behind the smiling ladies checking you in at the entrance of the lounge? The best thing is usually that it is quiet. You acn sit down. Charge your phone. Work on your laptop or pad. The selection of food and drink is limited, but usually satisfying: Softdrinks, beer and wine. Snacks, salads, sandwiches or a soup. And a clean bathroom.
